On the ”pick up” instructions it said to “go to the Budget counter,” I waited in a huge line at the Budget counter for over 40 minutes only to be told I need to go to the Avis counter. I don’t mind waiting if it’s busy but if the instructions said go directly to Avis this could’ve been avoided.
The instructions also said “shuttle bus,” when in reality it was a tram/light rail. Yes, minor detail, but when you’ve got a tired wife and two kids breathing down your neck these minor details matter.
Not really complaints at all just things to mention that someone may freak out about.
The Avis staff at Phoenix pickup fraudulently tried to charge me for breakdown cover in the full knowledge that it was covered by package. I only managed to get it refunded by having an argument with the manager at the return location.

The counter staff, female was off hand and rude and very poor customer service. We ordered a Ford Edge or similar, a small/medium SUV and she drove out with a large oversized SUV Chevrolet Traverse. She told us it had internet and never gave us the password. We tried to call Avis several times and got no help. The huge Chevrolet still had rubbish in it from the previous renter and was dirty on the inside especially the windscreen. It had 68,000 miles on it. It was a gas guzzler and we spent an extra $200 on gas because of the car we were given, and didn’t order. The whole experience was frustrating and annoying. If the Avis employee in Phoenix had done her job properly, none of this would have happened. Extremely disappointing, the car was way too large fir our needs and turned out to be very expensive.

Queeq booking was ok, Avis was terrible, they need to employ efficient and caring staff
I had a little bit of difficulty finding the correct AVIS rental desk for picking up the car, but once I got there I didn't have to wait long.
The selection of cars available was good and I ended up getting a larger sized car than my booking, so was happy with that. The process from here was smooth. The car was nice, with all the features I needed.
Dropping off was easy.

I never used QEEQ before so I was a little hesitant at first.
I found the car I was looking for at a good price, and the choice selection was good.
The whole process was smooth, and email communication was good.
I will definitely use again, and can recommend QEEQ
I booked a Chrysler 300 (or similar), but at the AVIS counter, we were informed that the car Rent-a-Car booked for us wasn't of that class, and they showed us the system page. Therefore, they could only offer us a Chevrolet 4-seater or a similar model. The agent told us that if we wanted to get the Chrysler 300, we needed to pay for an upgrade, otherwise, we could only get a 4-seater. Although Rent-a-Car's customer service promised to handle this issue after our call, AVIS froze a portion of our card funds and later sent us a bill at the end of the trip...
