Al ir a cambiarlo (el mismo dia) fui humillada y mul mal atendida por un funcionario de Budget

I did the pre-check and downloaded the Budget app as they said it would save time. When we got to the rental area we had to queue for almost 2 hours. They 'upgraded' the car and then subsequently tried to charge extra.
The counter operative was watching baseball on his phone while trying to serve me.
Upon arrival to collect the vehicle on December 5, I faced a delay of approximately 35 minutes. This was due to the unavailability of a suitable vehicle, despite making a reservation well in advance.
The first vehicle I was given had an expired vehicle registration. I only discovered this when told by the SCDMV.
Exchanging to a legal vehicle required me to take unpaid time off work, which hasn't been compensated. More than 6 other vehicles also had expired registrations.
To top it off, I was then charged (and subsequently refunded after complaining) because the first car didn't have a full tank when returned! It was not my intention to return the car - this was the only resolution available to the onsite representative.

Long delay picking up the vehicle. Wanted to use it to take my state driving test, but the first vehicle had no registration document.
Budget told me to go back to the pickup location to have one issued. But they could not do it, so swapped the vehicle (after checking many others to find a legal one). Counter staff were great, the operations and support staff behind them absolutely not.
To top it off, I was then charged because the first car didn't have a full tank when returned! It was not my intention to return the car - this was the only resolution available to the onsite representative. I'm currently waiting for a response to a formal complaint.

I've asked QeeQ to help resolve the complaint, but as yet this hasn't been resolved. Support has been 'ok' but I have had better experiences in the past.
We arrived at 10pm at night due to flight delays. There were over 100 people in the queue and after 30 mins they told us they had only 2 wheel drive vehicles and no others despite booking a 4WD large vehicle. this was the same for most of the people around us.
This was unacceptable as we were going to be driving in snow on ski fields for the 5 days.
We eventually after 3 hrs saw a customer service person who did provide us with a suitable car but it was much smaller than we had ordered and paid for. We were grateful but would have liked to see a refund for the smaller vehicle.
This was not offered at any stage.
