Very good company to deal with. Simple and easy to pickup vehicle with good staff.

Very convenient to book from QEEQ. Prices are one of the lowest from all other companies.

I was supplied with a modern compact car (Chevrolet Malibu) which I found enjoyable to drive.

Booking process was straightforward - I got what I wanted.

The check in prodded was unbelievably easy - no forced sale of additional insurances or products - by far the best rental experience in 26 years of visiting. Drop off was really easy and straightforward.

I don’t get the pass plate and the insurance pushed on you when you have already purchased. I was told mine didn’t cover me. But I purchased through you.

Car was in much poorer condition than the vehicles we own. Fox Tampa staff is great; Fox corporate customer service awful. 2 major issues. After driving a bit, had an oil/burning smell that would not go away--seemed to have a bad tire or wheel bearing. Also, had a soft tire (took picture of air pressure screen) on pickup. Discovered next day that it wouldn't hold air after re-filling with air, because it had a nail in it. Fox Customer Service said we needed to pay because it was not reported within 6 hours. Very disappointed in their lack of appropriate service.

La peor experiencia. No aceptaron el seguro que nos vendió QEEQ. Tuvimos q pagar el seguro de ellos 210 mas por dos días. Y tuvimos q pagar 2,500 en efectivo de depósito. La mayoría tenía situaciones similares. No lo recomiendo.

The car was great but the wait to pick it up was not good. They need more staff on the counter

The car met and exceeded all expectations....despite the issue with the tires . We were satisfied with what was booked for us

Condition was good - only minor issue was a warning light showing missed service on for whole trip. Counter staff very helpful and friendly.

The car had clearly been subjected to either malicious damage or violent weather as there were dents and scratches to every panel. l informed the staff who showed no interest . l ended uo taking it to another outlet so theu could document the damage

overall an excellent experience despite my initial weariness to use a platform such as this.

There were 6 people waiting for cars and 2 servers. However another member of staff helped us check in on the self service machine which was very quick

I did the pre-check and downloaded the Budget app as they said it would save time. When we got to the rental area we had to queue for almost 2 hours. They 'upgraded' the car and then subsequently tried to charge extra. The counter operative was watching baseball on his phone while trying to serve me.

QEEQ were perfect!

The car was ok but not what I expect from Avis who I see as the premier car rental company

Although the company is small and hasn't been established for very long, with only one or two staff members, I was initially worried after reading some reviews. But it turned out to be quite the opposite. Their service was excellent, the young staff were very friendly, and they responded to questions quickly. They would do their best to meet any requests you have. We will definitely rent from them again next time we go to the U.S., as they offer great value for money!

the option for the toll shoukd be offered at reservation online and not as a surpise at the counter
