Our order included an additional driver, but the staff told us their system did not show it and that we had to pay extra. They said they checked multiple times and confirmed it was not there, so we ended up paying an additional 300 RMB. Moreover, the counter staff kept insisting that our car was insufficient and pushed us to upgrade to a better model, which we adamantly refused. In reality, the car we rented was completely adequate. We are very dissatisfied with the counter staff, as they had no intention of solving the problem. We will never rent from Budget again; their service is as cheap as their name suggests!

There were only five or six people in line, but I waited for about 30-40 minutes. The front desk staff, who looked Chinese but was an ABC, kept forcing me to buy insurance. I told them I had already purchased all the necessary insurance, but they still insisted on selling their additional insurance. It was a horrible experience. No one was responsible for checking the car's condition when I picked it up, so I'm worried they might blame me for previous scratches.

Very good, everything went smoothly. I booked in advance, showed my license and left a deposit upon arrival. Although the car was different from the one I reserved, it was of the same class, and that's fine. There was minor paint damage during use, but informing them upon return was enough.
