Good, organized and orderly.

The online quote was $298.99. Final charge required was $411. If the difference is not refunded I will never use you again.

Like: Car was comfortable and economical. Made the long distances more pleasurable.
Dislike: Nothing really to note.

The customer service at pickup did not allow me to see the terms and conditions, and insisted on processing my card before showing the contract. When I asked why, they said it was their policy, which felt very impersonal. Additionally, due to an accident on the road, I wanted to exchange the car. I called their customer service and was told I could, but when I arrived, they took the car back instead.

It was a little bit confusing what to do when returning the car at the airport. There were nobody to ask or there was no information where to leave the car and what to do next. But at the end - all good :).

1. Europecar has some racist employees

Vehicle was apparently upgraded which is awesome but really needed a canopy instead of the tray as just had enough space where would have been better with full canopy
