The car we reserved was not prepared, and they provided a different model. When it came time to pay, they claimed we had to pay extra. This is the first time I've encountered such a forced upsell. It took over an hour of hassle to finally get a car. The experience was terrible. Seville pickup location.

The car is parked in the lot right below the store, very easy to find. The car had only 30,000 kilometers on it and was very new. The staff proactively asked if we preferred a petrol or diesel car, very nice. The €2000 deposit was refunded to my credit card within half a day after returning the car. Very fast. Overall, a perfect score.

ME dieron un coche inferior al reservado y AUTOMATICO y yo habia reservado MANUAL y me engañaron me dijeron que me daban un manual de categoria inferior y cuando llegue al parking despues de discutir me habian dado un coche inferior y AUTOMATICO
Great service attitude. Remember to take videos and photos during pickup and return for evidence just in case. After inspection, this car rental company released the credit card authorization without any issues. I rent cars frequently, and this company had no unusual problems—everything was very reasonable.
Overall, it's okay. We purchased basic insurance, but there was a minor scrape in the parking lot that exceeded the designated coverage. They charged 200 euros.
When we arrived, we were told that the reserved car model was unavailable, and they offered to upgrade to an Audi for an extra charge. After declining, we received a Chery DR, which was not among the models we had booked. It was quite large, electric, and lacked navigation. Considering our travel plans, we eventually went back to the store to pay extra for a different car.

El día que llegamos a recoger el vehiculo (Ford Fiesta o similar) nos dicen que ellos no tienen Forg Fiesta y lo que tenemos reservado es un Fiat 500!! Los mismo empleados nos dicen que es un coche de categoría inferior. Despues (siempre segun Qeeq) al parecer son de la misma categoría. Viajen ustedes 4 adultos en uno y en el otro y cuentenme si la esperiencia es "similar". Al entregar el vehiculo nadie vino para ver en que condiciones se entrega. Se deja en una plaza donde cualquiera podría rayarlo o causarles desperfectos sin que haya constancia de que fue entregado en buenas condiciones o por lo menos las mismas en las que fue recogido!! Hay que de nuevo fotografiar el vehiculo por todas partes y con dia y hora en la foto por si acaso!!!

Qeeq acepta esa "similitud" de Ford Fiesta a Fiat 500 (que los dueños de esta empresa viajen cuatro adultos en uno y en el otro... y después nos cuenten su experiencia!!), y además, par mas INRI me enseñan capturas de pantalla donde el Fiat es mas caro que el Ford (será que ellos mismos no saben que un vehículo varía su precio de un día al siguiente según demanda??)
