Confirmed order but no car available! Very disappointed.

Had to pay an additional 40 Fijian dollars on-site, not sure why.

The service attitude was acceptable, but the timing was not well managed. We had to wait for more than 40 minutes for the car to arrive. Other than that, no issues.

Thorough car inspection

The front desk person looked quite unusual and scary, but their attitude was good.

The staff were unfriendly, and there were two old tires left in the car when handed over.

They did not provide the agreed model but gave me an old jeep instead. Soon after driving, the tire had problems. The Europcar staff personally replaced it with a Mitsubishi Pajero that had over 140,000 km, in poor condition with a lot of noise. It was night when I swapped the car, so I couldn't thoroughly check for damages or cleanliness. The staff assured me there was no issue unless there was major damage. On returning the car, another staff pointed out scratches and charged me FJD 25 for a car wash, even though I had taken insurance when picking up the car. The car's condition during return was no different from when I rented it.

Car is very very old - lots of dents and scratches - ran fine but made lots of strange noises.

Overall efficiency was acceptable. The store operates 24 hours, and there were quite a few cars in the parking lot. There was a short queue.

Booking was quite satisfactory and picking up the car was relatively convenient.

They provided a Mitsubishi Jeep with several issues: a long wait time, the car was dirty, it had exterior damage, there were a few tires inside the car, and the fuel tank was empty. After negotiating, we had to drive the given car to the hotel first, then they brought another car of the same type from our order to the hotel for exchange. This car rental experience was very unpleasant.
