The service was excellent. Due to a flight delay, the car was waiting right at the airport entrance. When we were an hour early for the return, they were immediately ready. Returning the car at the airport was also very smooth. The service was great.
Like: Rental a car for travel in Penang with Proton Sega instead of Myvi but the experience was good as the car is brand new with low milieage and easy navigation of the interior. Dislike: The car air-conditioner was actually switching between hot and cold starting from the second day with a mild musty smell occasionally BUT I must emphasize the overall air being blown out is still generally cold and had a good experience with the car.
