フランクフルト空港を降りて指示通りに歩くと、すぐにお酒が出てきて店が混乱した。手続きが早く、いくつかの質問をして車を持った。信用ジャムがレンタカー代を引いたが、他のレンタカー会社よりも保証金がなかった。車を渡すときには、大きな車種には対応していません。smaxを借りてくれたのはcmaxです。小さいですが、私の問題を解決できる車ならokです。

In case of an emergency, most employees at Germany's Enterprise do not speak English, especially at the accident center and return points. They do not explain car swaps or charges. Without a German-speaking friend, it is almost impossible to resolve issues.

This was my first time using this company, and it was particularly troublesome. The car pickup was very slow, and they tried to push extra insurance on me. The final billing was unclear, with many issues. I won't use them again – a very poor experience.

Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.
