In case of an emergency, most employees at Germany's Enterprise do not speak English, especially at the accident center and return points. They do not explain car swaps or charges. Without a German-speaking friend, it is almost impossible to resolve issues.

This was my first time using this company, and it was particularly troublesome. The car pickup was very slow, and they tried to push extra insurance on me. The final billing was unclear, with many issues. I won't use them again – a very poor experience.

Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.
