このレンタカー会社の店舗はターミナルビルにはなく、ブダペスト空港に着いて電話をかけ、すぐに人が迎えに来た。僕はもともとオートギアを借りていたので、行く国が多かったのですが、店に着くとオートギアは僕の行く国には行けないと言っていたので、出発前にQeeqとそのレンタカー会社のメールで確認してもらっていたんですが、途中で何か問題があったのかもしれません。それから車屋とQeeqと更に疎通して、1台の手動ギアを交換して、やっと危なく出発した。 車の従業員は悪くなくて、とても手伝って、Qeeqの顧客サービスもとても良くて、表彰に値する。

Originally scheduled for 12:00, but called the front desk at 10:00. Initially, the attitude wasn’t great and they told us to call back later. However, the front desk called us back after 15 minutes to arrange pickup. When we arrived at the rental office, the process was quick with no queues and no hard sell on insurance. The service was very friendly. We got the car early and our return time was extended by one hour.
