The service was quite prompt, right next to the airport, very quick.

The pickup location was at the domestic arrivals section, which made it really difficult for us to find. The taxi driver called them, but we had no idea how they communicated. He eventually dropped us off at a shopping mall near the airport and left us there. We had to find our way to the rental office by ourselves. However, the rental and return process was smooth.

The storefront is small, but it's easy to find.

The rental office is inside Chiang Mai Airport, and the car pickup is in the parking lot outside. Very convenient.

The store's workflow is very efficient. After checking the car rental form, they noticed I only had one copy of my driver's license, so they thoughtfully made an extra copy for me and gave back my original for future use. The car exchange was also quick; they simply checked the fuel and confirmed the return. They even reminded me that 5000 THB would be refunded to my credit card in two weeks. Most importantly, they upgraded my reserved car to a higher category, which was much more comfortable than an A-class car.
