We were told there would be a Chinese-speaking staff member to assist us with the car pickup, but when we contacted them via WeChat at 9 AM local time, they replied, 'This Chinese service number's working hours start at 8:30 AM. Sorry for not being able to assist you during your pickup time.' We had to figure it out ourselves, which was quite frustrating.
