Pick up time was unacceptable; over 2 hours. The vehicle alarm and EMS was tempremental. Samavest promised a replacement vehicle but did not provide one. On pick up, the vehicle had no fuel.
On return there was no-one at the Samavest office to return our deposit until 09:00 despite being assured that they opened at 8am.
The car has been substituted to Toyota Vios instead of Honda City, Not a big deal, I just like the City better.
It will be better if the staff already install the baby seat before deliver the car to client, not just left the seat in the car and let client install the seat by themself.
