'Alexandra' at Luton gave me a brand new, more spacious car than I thought I would get! On return, one of the staff thought that I may have made slight damage to the car, but volunteered nonetheless to ask another member of staff, who confirmed that the damage was negligible and did not warrant any payment. Very decent behavior!
Car was fine and staff very good. The only downside is that you have to take the shuttle bus to collect the car. We were lucky to pick up a bus as soon as we got outside the terminal. Free service but takes around 15 minutes to get to the pickup point. Not so bad on return as it was daylight and we new how long it would take. We would use the company again as the difference in price made it worthwhile.
Excellent staff who made it a quicky and easy process - Kingston was a true professional as was the fella who helped me check the car outside.
My only low score was the cleaniness. IT was perfect throughout exceot for the in the cup holder under the radio there was some spillage so it was filthy wth some stikcy drink grime.
Although the bodywork of the car was clean the windows inside and out were filthy. On the outside the eater had been left to dry and
