Great experience, however car is bit old with very rough power steering

The pickup and dropoff process was quite fast. The vehicle was a bit old, but the interior was fairly clean. The customer service was very attentive, providing lots of guides on how to park and drive.

We arrived at Langkawi Airport at 8 PM, and the staff was waiting by the roadside.

Qeeq is great for its user friendly platform

The only problem it was about the car it’s got a lot of Scratches and the car clearly had an accident before and the engine was not good enough especially when going up to the heights road, except that the employee of the company was very good and the procedures were easy and simple.

Bob was on time and very helpful. On the third day we left the key inside while taking our toddler's stroller and the car autolock kicked in. Bob managed to help at no extra cost. Thank you.
