Our car rental experience in Thailand was incredible. From the booking process, everything was smooth. The pick-up location was very convenient, and the staff greeted us warmly and processed everything quickly. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and we had no issues during the drive.
Returning the car was also very simple and fast. This rental experience left a deep impression on us, especially the service quality and efficiency in handling problems. Truly excellent! We will choose this car rental company again in the future if we have the chance.
The staff were very nice. When returning the car, I mistakenly went to the adjacent gas station and didn't refuel. I drove directly to the office intending to return the car without a full tank. The staff member there said it was too expensive and guided me to another nearby gas station.
