The car rental company's service was quite good, and they handled things in an orderly manner. All the documents and the car pickup process were clear.
I was upgrade and therefore more thank happy. Fuel was level to level which is always tricky cause you end up loading more fuel than originally needed, but okay. Was fine.
The car ended up costing me more than expected because they gave me a vehicle that had just under a half a tank. I complained because I know how hard it is to bring back a car with less than a full tank. I ended up filling up the vehicle and giving it back with 30% more gas than I received it. This is BS and I will never do that again, if Enterprise wont give me a car with a full tank I will not rent a car from them again.
