The staff had a great attitude and reminded us of nearby gas stations. The vehicle was very new, having only driven 12,266 kilometers. The paperwork was relatively simple.
They recommended buying their insurance, but we declined. The staff didn't show any displeasure; instead, they waived the second driver fee for us. Great service!

Once we got the car it was hard to get out because there was a van in front of us in the main lot for ~7 min.
