Terrible service: The store is 3km away from downtown Guam. I confirmed the pick-up time at the hotel in advance via WeChat, but the driver was 40 minutes late.
When we arrived at the car rental office, the owner realized he forgot the office keys and other staff were not present either. It took over an hour to get the car because the owner also forgot to refuel it and had to go fill the tank.
Returning the car: I arrived at the agreed return time, but no one was in the office. The owner said he was busy and made me wait for 3 hours before he showed up. The service was extremely poor.
Stayed at the hotel, the car was delivered to us, and after using it, it was returned to the hotel.
