When I booked the car, it was supposed to be an automatic fuel car. However, the store claimed that the order did not specify automatic and fuel, and they offered an electric car instead. The rental company did not clearly indicate the user's requirements on the order. Although there were options to choose the model when paying, these were not reflected on the order. This misleads the user's requirements and does not match the reality. Overall, I felt deceived.

This car rental company is great. Although the rental price is reasonable, adding insurance makes it somewhat expensive. However, the staff there are very good. Especially in Regensburg, where we returned the car! The guy there was on his first day at work, and he kindly drove us to the train station after we returned the car. If there’s a next time, I’ll definitely choose this company again.

Also the counter in enterpreise told me the hole price with booking and insurance is 127 Euro, but I was surprised that I payed 118 Euro just for booking and 127 for insurance. As I called the enterprise to ask about that, who answered me was not friendly at all. And I did not get a ford, I got another type of care.
