Very satisfied

I booked the car a few days before the trip and received SMS reminders and messages on WeChat. However, I still had to wait at the airport for over an hour to get the car. Although the rental company apologized multiple times, I feel it wasted my time. I hope this aspect can be improved.

No need to enter the store, pick up the car directly at the airport. However, the car was a bit old. The battery also ran out, but a kind local helped us out.

We arrived at the pickup location earlier than scheduled. Initially, we didn't expect to get a car right away, but they arranged it for us very quickly.

There were professional staff to greet us right after getting off the plane. After checking the paperwork, the car was handed over immediately. Very convenient.
