1. 顧客対応が不親切で、質問に対しても明確に答えてくれません。保険金を引き落とす前に事前承認だと言われたが、二ヶ月後に突然WeChatでの振り込みを求められ、顧客が自分で修理費を立て替えることになりました。さらに通知が金曜日の午後5時に来る始末。未だに保険の問題は解決していません。催促しなければ車両損傷の報告もしてくれませんでした。 2. プラットフォームにはスマホホルダーと充電アダプターを提供すると書かれていましたが、実際には車を受け取った時には何も提供されませんでした。元々レンタカーにこれらが提供されないのなら問題ありませんが、提供されると記載しておきながら実際にはないというのは顧客を騙しているようなものです。顧客はそれを信じて準備しないので、この二つの必需品がないと旅行に大いに支障をきたします。

The rental company was operated by Chinese. We had five people with four large suitcases, but they sent a small car to pick us up to their rental point. After loading the luggage, four people had to squeeze in the back seat.

Had an accident with the car and the after-sales service was extremely unsatisfactory. I am still entangled in the issue. They didn't provide any original invoices and only gave me self-made ones, claiming they couldn't find the originals due to high volume. When asked to explain how the 1000 euro deductible became 2000 euros, they didn't respond. The car rental company and the rental platform kept shirking responsibility, each pointing to the other. Terrible experience.
