The rental company said they would refund the deposit of 500 pounds after I returned the car, but I received a charge instead. It has been returned, but no refund yet. The customer service of Zuzuche said they would check for me. It's a very bad experience. Now I have to constantly monitor my £500. It's so frustrating and unreliable.

Rented a car for 2 days at 2800 RMB, but inexplicably got charged over 6000 RMB after exchanging the car! There were damages to the car when I received it, which I had recorded and reported to the store, but I was still charged after swapping the car. I'm not sure if it's because of the damages initially recorded. I've reported this multiple times to the car rental service and am still waiting for a resolution.
