Then, when I was billed, they charged my card directly, assuming I should know this?! How am I supposed to know there's an additional fee for adding a driver? This was my first time adding a driver.

Possibly due to the language barrier, she thought we couldn’t understand her. She rushed through the information and was very impatient, and in the end, we were inexplicably charged extra.
