I had booked to pick up the car at 2:30 PM, but the rental company said there were no cars available and asked us to wait. Although an employee drove us to our hotel first, we didn't get the car until around 6 or 7 PM. Despite the staff being very polite, the delay in handing over the car significantly disrupted our travel plans.
