I booked the car a few days before the trip and received SMS reminders and messages on WeChat. However, I still had to wait at the airport for over an hour to get the car. Although the rental company apologized multiple times, I feel it wasted my time. I hope this aspect can be improved.

Except for the car being a bit old, everything else was great. Reliable service.

Before departure, I added them on WeChat to ask questions but never received a single reply. I called three days in advance, and they said everything would be on time, but no one was there when we arrived at the airport. We made numerous calls and waited for over half an hour before finally getting through. From the tone, it was clear they had forgotten. We waited another 20 minutes before someone showed up. They didn't even apologize, just asked for our booking confirmation. Then we waited another 10 minutes for the car, and I had to fill out forms on the roadside. The only good point was the lower deposit, just 100 MYR in cash. The car itself was decent, but it lacked any extras like GPS. Overall, it's nowhere near as good as in Thailand.

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. There was a staff member who guided me to get the car.

Like: I had left my laptop on the car. Staff are very friendly and honest even though i not even notice that Return to me after I didnt realize more than an hour, call me and return to me. Very good service Car is in good condition.
