The service is okay, but there's no Chinese service. Fortunately, I understand some English; otherwise, it would have been impossible to manage.
The main issue is the rental policy, which feels like a bully contract. Initially, I booked to pick up the car in Chiang Mai and drop it off in Bangkok, so there was an extra fee for returning the car to a different location. Due to a change in plans, I switched to picking up and dropping off at the same location in Chiang Mai, but despite multiple attempts, the extra fee wasn't refunded. I find this unreasonable!
Personnel agréable
Voiture avec plus de 140000 kms au compteur, beaucoup trop pour un véhicule de location...
Carrosserie en adéquation avec l'âge de la voiture donc marquée (mais signalée au moment de la prise de possession du véhicule).
Tout était vieillissant (un pneu abîmé, freins "limites", moteur fatigué, ce qui se sentait à l'accélération...)
