The car was very new and clean, with only about 1900 kilometers on it. Although I had booked an Opel station wagon, they gave me a Hyundai instead. Be very careful at intersections; it's easy to take a wrong turn. Because my flight was delayed, I called in advance to explain the situation, which was fine. When I arrived at the rental point and mentioned my name, they immediately knew who I was, like they were saying, 'We've been waiting for you, you're finally here!' It felt nice.
1. The company has always been shady with bad service. 2. I rented twice and every time they overcharged me. This time was no different. After arguing at the counter, they immediately deducted 45 Euros. Very unreliable.
The service is quite good, and the young guy was very enthusiastic. They upgraded me to a better car for free when the model I reserved wasn't available.
There is a counter in the airport hall. After completing the paperwork, you can pick up the car in the nearby parking lot. The parking lot is not far; it's just a two or three-minute walk.
