Our flight was delayed, but there was a guy at the exit waiting for us. When returning the car, I arrived early and had to wait 40 minutes because they weren't open yet, but they still came before my scheduled time. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service.
Supposed to pick us up at the airport. We waited for almost an hour before they arrived.
