Great service. I initially planned to pick up the car earlier. The customer service contacted the rental company on my behalf, and they agreed. However, due to Bangkok's traffic, I arrived 30 minutes later than expected, almost at closing time. The staff were still very welcoming and waited for me.
In addition to rental fees, this company also scams you with insurance fees. Even the tiniest, barely noticeable issues will result in a 5000 charge at return.
