Very satisfied. Make sure to call the number provided in the system when you arrive at the airport. The arrival area has two levels; we usually exit the plane at the first floor and need to go up to the second floor to find gate 5. They prefer Visa cards without the UnionPay logo, but in practice, cards with the UnionPay logo work just as well. Overall, I am very satisfied. My basic English was not an issue as they use translation software to help you.
1/ Arrived at the airport at night and couldn't reach the car rental company at all! The car rental company claimed we canceled the order, but I had the rental confirmation in hand and couldn't find the car. Had to take a taxi to the hotel! Finally, the rental company contacted us and promised to deliver the car the next day.
2/ They clearly took a deposit from me, but the rental company said the deposit wasn't with them and was paid to the booking platform. They charged me 937 MYR and 1409 RMB. Planned to rent for 3 days (over 500 per day), but only rented for two days!
confusion on pick up, long wait, language issues. Similarly on drop off, not there at agreed time, concerns on catching flight due to long wait and return of deposit, etc
