Picking up the car was fast, and the staff was very friendly. However, we had trouble returning the car because we couldn't find the lower level return point and circled around four times. Finally, we had to ask for help at the counter, where they told us we had to park in the designated return spot. We've rented from this company many times in Thailand, but this time we couldn't find the way down. Google navigation didn't help either. Later, I noticed the rental agreement had clear English instructions to follow the road signs one by one.

Picking up the car at the airport was very convenient and easy to find. The service was satisfactory.

The Thai Rent a car experience was great drop off would be difficult if you do not have a local mobile phone as you drop the car at the departures area the staff were exceptionally courteous and very pleasant to deal with
