Vivi's service was excellent. Since the reserved car wasn't available, they gave us a free upgrade to an X70, which was brand new. When we returned during National Day, they let us use the car for two extra days and even delivered it directly to the airport.
They said they could deliver the car to my door, which I thought was good, but the car's condition was surprising. It must be at least 10 years old to be this bad. The front seats' leather was completely damaged, with burn holes from cigarettes. The driver's seat was wobbly, and it shook back and forth when braking and starting. I really didn't expect it to be that terrible.
