The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the car had some issues. There was trash in the drawer inside the car, and the car's performance was quite old. It required full throttle to accelerate, and one of the doors couldn't be opened from the inside. On the second day of rental, we had a flat tire. After replacing the car at the rental company's office, the new car did not have a reverse display screen like the original one.

Hobart airport drop off was difficult and not sign posted, however customer service representative willingly came to collect the car and I was grateful for her help.
