I wish they had a larger fleet of automatic vehicles. Since I only drive automatic cars, I was given a very small car, which was not what I originally booked. Although it was considered an upgrade, it was really disappointing to receive a mini car instead of the SUV I had reserved.

Parfait ! Les personnes à l'accueil étaient professionnelles et très aimables. Pas simple de retrouver le parking au retour (zone suisse de l'aéroport de Bâle), heureusement, le plan est bien fait ! Merci !
