Aside from the old car and the long brake travel, you need to be extra cautious due to the road conditions in East Malaysia. Everything else was pretty good, but the vehicle's condition was average.
Great service. Pickup and drop-off are both at the airport, making it very convenient. Communication is prompt, and any issues are resolved quickly. Thumbs up.
It would be good if the company can practice the credit card deposit on hold rather than having cash equivalent as holding deposit.
