Extremely terrible service! First of all, the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport had a very bad attitude, coldly watching us handle our own luggage. Since there wasn't enough dedicated luggage space, I had to place two small suitcases on the back seat (luckily, the small suitcases survived). During the ride, all the passengers' luggage was piled up together, swaying and tipping over. When we arrived at the pick-up location, the driver deliberately opened the rear door suddenly, causing all the suitcases to fall to the ground. My large suitcase fell heavily from the top and cracked open (photo attached). When I asked the driver why he did that, he said he wasn't obligated to help us with the luggage. I told him he didn’t need to open the door that way and that I could have taken it down myself. After this, he went on to pick up other passengers waiting to go to the airport, and someone who claimed to be the manager started handling our case (we later learned he wasn’t the manager). This so-called manager kept giving excuses to shirk responsibility, without even a single 'sorry.' It was raining heavily that day, and with two kids in tow, we didn’t want to argue any further with such unreasonable people or this company. We decided to accept our bad luck. On the return day, neither of those two individuals was present. A female manager named Jacqueline assisted us; she had a better attitude. She later reported the damaged suitcase issue to her manager but said they couldn’t compensate, although she did apologize. Overall, the experience with this location was extremely poor!
Car didnot meet my expectation. Vehicle wasnt washed and cleaned from outside. It was very dusty and had mud marks. Apple car play feature didnot work inside car. None of the staff could make it work which was terrible as I couldnt use navigation feature safely. Staff provided me with phone holder so that i could to use google maps on my phone. Which was very hard to see through tiny phone screen.
Outside condition of car was poor. Lots of dents, scratches and a front corner panel hanging off
When we dropped car off back gate was locked as they has broken the key in the lock so could not open the padlock.
We were not previously told of this and it was only that a staff member was in the yard moving a car that I got her attention and she told me that we had to return the car to the front of store.
