Like: It was a fuss free booking with OK Car Rentals. Ms Chiou that assisted us throughout the entire process was very helpful and accommodating. She sent and pick up the vehicle at our hotel and fulfilled all our requests (GPS, child seat and stroller rental) for free. Communication was effectively done via email and also WhatsApp. The rental fees was also one of the most affordable ones according to my research. Car provided was clean and in good condition. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service and car rental. Dislike: The only downside was a child car seat was given rather than an infant car seat, thus it wasn't 100% safe for my 5 months old baby as the car seat was more for a bigger child as it is forward facing and have less neck support. Given this was provided complimentary of the car rental, I have no complains. Just sharing for those who intend to request for a infant car seat. Providers speak very little english, however with Google translate this shouldn't be much of a problem.
