Pickup was fast, and drop-off was also convenient! Compared to other companies, Little Yellow Chicken was more cautious during pickup and had many terms to sign, like what's included in the insurance, no smoking, and no eating durian! The thing that was a bit unacceptable was that there were numerous new BR-V cars at the pickup point, but I was given an old model with faded and chipped interior, a non-working Bluetooth, and a data cable that couldn't connect. However, as you know with Japanese cars, even after 120,000 kilometers, it still drives well!
The staff was quite friendly and efficient. The return process took just one minute. There was an error in my booking time, but the company allowed me to pick up the car approximately six hours earlier and return it an hour later. Great service.
I rented a car from this company. When I picked up the car, they didn't allow me to inspect it before signing. The car had already driven 100,000 kilometers, and the seats and interiors were dirty and worn out. What's worse, the brake pads were dangerously thin, and braking caused a loud screech. The main issue came when I returned the car. Despite driving very carefully and holding a local license, the staff used a flashlight to find a tiny cut on the front left tire and demanded 5000 for it. I argued that if I had caused it, how come there were no other scratches or damages? They insisted it was part of the policy to charge 5000. I suggested that maybe their initial inspection missed it because the cut was so tiny it was barely visible. When they showed the car inspection report from the pickup, it indicated scratches on three of the four tires, except for this one. I didn't buy full insurance, so they insisted on the payment. This appeared either as careless inspection by Thai staff or a deliberate scam since they knew I didn't have full coverage. They deducted the money from my deposit. I refused to accept this unfair charge and demanded compensation.
Overall experience was good but at the time of return i was not able to fill the fuel tank to full as i took express way .The tank was above half i have pictures of same but the staff at counter didnot agree with meter reading and was asking 1000 baht for refill after much arguing they accepted 750 baht.O do understand that i was supposed to fill the tank but asking 1000 baht for a tank more than half is too much when the complete car tank gets filled up for 1200 baht.
