The staff were enthusiastic and provided thorough service. We couldn't find the car rental spot after getting off the plane, but a staff member saw us and came to greet us, even allowing us to return the car an hour later, which was very considerate!
Experience was good. We arrived later than the booking time and the service counter can be easily located and the pick up process was brisk. This is especially important when traveling with kids. A little disappointed with the small boot space of the car. Considering that it is a 7 seater, it is not able to take a single 21” luggage. A seat had to be sacrificed for luggages.
