Overall service was good, but the condition of the car was poor. Surprisingly, there was no spare tire, which is quite unexpected. I wonder if minor issues could lead to bigger risks.
The car is too old, having already been driven 138,000 kilometers. The chassis components were not securely fixed, causing some noise. I was very cautious while driving. If you see this message before renting the car, make sure to check the chassis to avoid any breakdowns on the road, which could be troublesome... Additionally, the fuel level was far from full when given to me, but I returned it with a full tank, which cost me an extra 500 THB beyond the normal mileage. This felt a bit unfair.
The car was inspected in person and the results were recorded. They clearly specified the fuel type and provided written instructions. They also offered an upgraded model.
