Like: My first time renting a car on easyrentcars.com. I got a $30 discount after referring a friend which I used straight away. It was a good deal - cheapest out of all other car hiring websites with the discount. The service was as good as what you would normally get from any other hiring websites. Overall fantastic experience. Dislike: We waited way too long for the car to arrive on pick up even though we had booked the pick up time as well as entered our arrival flight number. We had waited for over half hour.
I booked a Mitsubishi, but the rental company gave me a brand new seven-seater Toyota Corolla. I was satisfied but I wanted an MPV. The company's staff refused to help me find another car.
Though smoking is wrong, I still washed the car before returning it. They pointed out a little bit of ash and just reminded me to be careful about smoking. It seems like the rental company is looking to profit from this.
