But there was no such information in the order confirmation. We spent 20 minutes looking for the car at the pickup location and couldn't find it. We had to call, and only then were told it was on another street. Considering it's a startup, it's still understandable. However, when we needed something at the airport office before flying back, no one was there for 20 minutes, on a working day! When we called, they said someone had skipped their shift and asked a friend to help me. What a mess... Overall, the Georgian people are great, but their work reliability is questionable. If you value unlimited mileage, you can use this company but opt for city pickup and ask them to deliver to your hotel. If you value comprehensive service and can spend more, I wouldn't recommend this company.
