El coche estaba en muy buen estado, en el mostrador fue todo muy fácil,

La única pega q pongo y q aún no he conseguido descifrar (por qué la factura q me han enviado está en inglés) es q una vez devuelto el vehículo y habiendo pagado un seguro a todo riesgo, habiendo dejado el depósito al mismo nivel q lo encontré , se me ha cobrado un gasto de 61€ q no se a q corresponde ... Además de no haber sido informada por el personal de q este gasto se iba a llevar a cabo

Parfait ! Les personnes à l'accueil étaient professionnelles et très aimables. Pas simple de retrouver le parking au retour (zone suisse de l'aéroport de Bâle), heureusement, le plan est bien fait ! Merci !

Fiat Tipo is not "similar" to a VW Golf in my opinion. But apart from that the rental was good.

The car was slightly disappointing, being a Renault when the car advertised was BMW or similar. However it was a new vehicle and fit with all other criteria

The counter staff were very friendly and helpful. I had booked a manual but had got an automatic which was great due to managing the change of driving side. The staff had given me an address of the petrol garage near to navigate to on return but I still found it difficult to locate.

Tried to download the app for the e ticket but it didn’t work.
