1. We were informed of a 10% service fee when renting the car. 2. The card charge was 20 yuan higher than the original order price. 3. During drop-off, we were asked to pay an additional 37 dollars cleaning fee because some water had spilled on the back seat. We explained that the marks would disappear once the water dried, but they said we should come back after the water dried, which would incur an extra day's fee.
