The staff provided excellent service. Although we had to wait an extra hour because the previous customer returned the car late, and the car had been damaged by them, it did not affect our trip.

1. The car was not the specified model. 2. It was almost out of fuel and not as agreed, full tank upon pickup and return. 3. The car was dirty, especially the windshield, which was covered in spots that couldn't be cleaned, affecting visibility.

When the car was picked up no joint inspection was carried out of the car prior leaving the parking court, furthermore no basic driving features of the car were mentioned. i.e. no hand brakes, stop and start feature, auto lights, reverse parking cameras, i.e. no proper returns address was given incase of returning the car during non trading hours, thus it took as considerable amount of time to locate the venue where we had dropped of the car at 0207 in the morning. Furthermore, there were no redirect phone calls to Malaga office, incase to contact someone. Your documentation needs to be in English, thus we understand what we are signing.

Returned the car at night using self-service. Left the keys in the mailbox at the store entrance, and the return was confirmed early the next morning with the credit card preauthorization canceled. A fantastic experience!
