      Mixed feelings; very slow response regarding extra charges. After returning the car, my credit card was charged the full rental fee by the car company, which did not acknowledge my prior payment on the Zuzuche platform. I request a prompt refund of this charge. On the other hand, the staff's attitude and service were quite good, and the car model was satisfactory among similar options.
