Q1.What is an insurance excess?
The excess is the amount you'll only be liable for in case of damage(under Collision Damage Waiver) or theft(under Theft Protection) of the vehicle.
Information about the excess will be clearly stated in the price inclusion when you reserve a car on QEEQ.
Q2. How can I add an addtional driver?
You are advised to make a request upon your arrival at the rental counter. Additional charge per day will incur unless '1 Additional Driver Included' is stipulated on the rental.
Please note that the same licence and age requirement applys to the additonal driver. The addtional driver is supposed to present the required licence document along with the main driver at pickup.
Q3.What if I want to pick up or drop off my rental car out of office hours?
QEEQ will show you the car offers available at your chosen time on the search results.
However, pick-up or drop-off out of general opening hours may subject to an extra fee unless self-service pick-up or drop-off is available.
After you reserve a car on QEEQ, we will inform you of specific policy of the car hire company by email.
Q4. Can I take the hired car to another country or cross border?
If you want to pick up your car in one country and drop it in another, your search results will show you cars you can do that with.
If you're planning to cross any borders during your trip, bear in mind:
1. You may have to pay more.
There are often extra fees, taxes or additional cover you'll pay at the car hire counter.
2.It may not be allowed.
Depending on where you're hiring, you may not be able to take your car to another country.
Please email us if you want to take your hire car into a different country during your trip, and we'll talk you through your options.
Q5. Can I pick up my car at one location and return it at different location?
Yes. You can pick up the vehicle in one place and drop it off in another. An ‘one-way fee’ will incur. Whether it is inclued in the rental price or what additional cost may arise will be clearly stated at the time of booking on QEEQ.
Please inform the car hire company of your drop-off location when you pick up the vehicle or contact them directly during your trip. You will find a phone number on the rental agreement you signed at pickup.

The car got broken (gear system, no movement), without any cause, and had to be evacuated to a service centre. My day with important appointments was lost. The car has been replaced but it took time and caused inconveniences, including financial ones. My reclamation to Rentmotors stayed without any comment, neither apologies nor any suggestion for compensation.

The car rental counter is right in the airport hall, but it's just a small counter for one person. When I went there, my flight was delayed, and I had to cancel the reservation at the airport. Upon arrival, I couldn't rent a car anymore, and the on-site rental price was incredibly high! Returning the car was very troublesome. You have to drive the car into the airport parking lot, unload your luggage, and then return the car. After the rental company inspects it, you must pay to exit, and this fee is out of your own pocket! However, the car was very new!

There was no car rental office at the train station. We had to call the rental company from Moscow to find out, and waited at least 40 minutes for them to bring the car. There was no prior notice. Due to unfamiliar roads, we parked just a few steps away from the drop-off point and were charged a 300 ruble parking fee. Bad experience!

Although we washed the car the day before, it got dirty again on the return day due to heavy rain. I apologized because the contract stated the car should be in the same condition as when picked up, but the staff said no problem.

The rental and driver's license translation process was very satisfactory, but an unpleasant incident occurred when returning the car. We were a few minutes late to the airport return location, and the AVIS staff had already left for the day. We called customer service and were told we could use the self-service return by placing the keys in the metal box next to the AVIS office, but we couldn't find this box. We called AVIS customer service for almost an hour with no answer—not during the middle of the night, but just between 9 PM and 10 PM Beijing time. Online customer service was unhelpful, giving irrelevant answers. My friend and I were still looking for the box when it was time to board our flight. Eventually, we sought help from the local airport police to resolve this issue. I hope that in such cases, the car rental service can improve the customer service phone response rate.

A deposit of 45,000 rubles was deducted on October 5th. I returned the car on October 7th with no incidents, but as of today, November 17th, the deposit has not been returned. I have sent multiple emails to Europcar customer service with no response. The after-sales service of QEEQ is also very slow. I will never choose Europcar again!

I booked a Tiguan but received a Nissan SUV. The car was clean and tidy. Thought I would pick up the car from the rental office, but it was delivered to the train station instead. There was an additional charge for this delivery, which was not mentioned before. The pick-up location did not match the one indicated online, and it took me an hour and a half to find the car. The contract was entirely in Russian, which I couldn't understand.

The staff picked us up from the airport and helped us with the procedures. They were very friendly, and the rental deposit was also quite low, only 10,000 rubles. It was easy to find the Avis store at Moscow airport. A tall Russian guy who speaks fluent English assisted us. The rented Tiguan wasn't available initially, so they offered a Skoda. However, we found that the window controls were broken. Since there were no other suitable cars at the location, he contacted another store in Moscow. Realizing the peak hours, he suggested we drive to our hotel first. Later, his colleague drove a new Mercedes SUV to our hotel and exchanged the car there. He even demonstrated how to exit the airport gate for us and stayed until we understood. Just as we were checking in at the hotel, his colleague arrived with the Mercedes. The windshield got chipped by a stone during our trip, but when we returned, the inspection and billing process was quick.

Naprokat does not have an office at the airport! We had to pick up the car in the parking lot. The address on the QEEQ order was fake. The rental was scheduled for 19:00. Starting from 18:30, we called several times and always received a reply to wait another 5-10 minutes. It took six or seven calls before we finally got the car at 20:30. The car we received was newer and larger than expected, with only 5,000 kilometers on it.

This company's location is easy to find and the service is excellent. Although the front desk attendant's English wasn't fluent, he used an English-Russian translation app very smoothly, so communication wasn't an issue. The car was in great condition, very new and clean. They won't try to upsell you unnecessary things. The guy I talked to on the phone spoke excellent English and I finally met him when returning the car. He was tall and handsome; not sure if he's rich. He was also very efficient. Russia is a beautiful and great country, perfect for a road trip!
