If you are departing from Terminal 5, please return the vehicle to our office at:Holiday Inn Heathrow 276 Bath Road, UB7 0DQ After returning the vehicle, you can take the "Avis Budget shuttle" back to Terminal 5. The shuttle will drop you off at the departure level of Terminal 5.

I pick up the car at night so I didn't really check it thoroughly before driving off. The next morning I discovered that the seats are full of bread crumbs which is probably left by the previous user. Overall the car is ok except for dirty seats.

Located just downstairs from the hotel, the service was fairly efficient, although I waited for a little over half an hour. Pickup was also in the back parking lot. You can purchase additional insurance on the spot, which is convenient.

When visiting the UK, it's essential to have a car for the countryside and highlands. You can't fully enjoy the Lake District, Peak District, or Isle of Skye without one. Joining a local tour group isn't the ideal way to travel; self-driving is much better. Avis is a big company, and getting the car you want is a great start to a perfect trip. Returning the car without any damage makes the journey smooth and satisfying. Everything was wonderful.

There was basically no service when picking up the car. They just gave me the keys and a parking location, so I had to find the car myself. Only after asking did they provide me with a paper receipt. I found noticeable scratches on both sides of the car. I had to figure out how to use the car controls on my own. When returning the car, there was no one to inspect it; you just leave the keys as instructed and can leave.

The car provided was already large enough, but they recommended a more expensive one, which I wasn't very happy about. Adding an additional driver costs £14 per day. We picked up the car in London and drove to Oxford and Cambridge. The countryside roads in the UK are narrow and traffic is fast, so careful driving is necessary.
